Kayseri Cookbook

The book From Past to Future: Kayseri’s Culinary Heritage, authored by Yunus Emre Akkor and published by Kayseri Metropolitan Municipality’s Cultural Publications, won the “Gourmand World Cook Book Awards,” often regarded as the Oscars of cookbooks. We are proud to have contributed to the photography, design, and printing process of this work, which was selected from books published in 225 countries and regions to compete in the world finals, achieving significant recognition.
